Human Resources Professional of the Year

The NCTA Human Resources Professional of the Year Award is presented to the person who is entrusted with the duties and responsibilities of human resources for their company.  This award is intended to honor an individual, who in the opinion of their peers, is outstanding in their activities and accomplishments related to driver recruitment and retention, as well as human resource issues.
