Skills Workshop & Luncheon

Please join fellow NCTA Women in Trucking Council members for a lunch and learn opportunity focusing on DISC self-assessment. The DISC is a personal assessment that measures your tendencies and priorities across various situations. In this workshop, we will dive into understanding our own DISC styles and that of others, to successfully collaborate, communicate and build meaningful relationships. There will be a networking luncheon, followed by a skills workshop facilitated by Coca-Cola Consolidated, Talent Development Manager, Todd Mclean.
