Updates will be provided by Michael Stewart with FMCSA.  At the end of the presentation, there will be a Q&A session.

Cancellations & Refunds: Refunds will be allowed up for cancelations made 3 days in advance. Substitutes are accepted. “No shows” will not be refunded.
