BBSI is excited to conduct an interactive training session on the importance of creating a relevant risk and safety program. Being proactive and covering topics such as repetitive stress injuries, claims management and employee wellness – this session will assist members in creating or improving a safety culture within their organizations.

Brad Speir, Risk and Safety Specialist
Armed with decades of risk experience, Brad uses a common sense approach to making sure employees get home without injury. As our day-to-day lead on all thing’s safety, he assists with planning, training, OSHA compliance, and root cause analysis. He’s also the primary point person on injured worker management (incident reporting, claims strategy, return to work, etc.). A graduate of Florida State University, he likes woodworking and fixing up cars.
Erika Oliver, Organizational Development and HR Consultant
For more than 25 years, Erika owned a private consulting firm that provided training, leadership development, systems management, and executive coaching. Experienced in public, private, and non-profit sectors, Erika thrives on getting things done in a dynamic environment and she believes having fun is critical part of team success. She loves to hike and spending time with her husband and sons, and she carries a yoga mat everywhere she goes.
