The 91st NCTA Annual Management Conference brings together leaders in the North Carolina Trucking Association. The planning committee's strategic plan and mission is to promote, develop and facilitate educational thought provoking topics and inspiring keynote speakers. The conference afternoons schedule of tours, activities and golf tournament offer opportunities to meet new and old friends and catch up with old acquaintances.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The Omni Grove Park Inn as been serving guests for over a century. The Omni Grove Park Inn is a tradition of southern hospitality amidst the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Relax in the unique subterranean spa or enjoy a round of championship golf on the Donald Ross-designed course. When it’s time to dine, enjoy one of the four locally-sourced restaurants. Then, retreat to stylish rooms with stunning views and plush bedding. The resort offers the classic comfort and modern convenience.
The NCTA group room rates: $279.00 (Single/Double) excluding state and local taxes, fees and assessments. There is a charge of $40.00 each for third and fourth persons sharing a room. Check-in time is 4:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM. Reservations must be made by Monday, June 15, 2020. A link to make your hotel reservation online will be provided in the conference registration email confirmation.
SPOUSE/COMPANION/CHILDREN
The conference registration fee includes the member’s spouse/companion. The spouse/companion are invited to attend the Welcome Dinner and The Embers, General Session Keynote Speaker Jase Robertson, Breakfast, and the Immediate Past Chairman's Dinner and entertainment.
“Parent’s Night Out” will be offered on Sunday evening at the hotel. Children are invited to attend breakfast and the Immediate Past Chairman's Dinner and entertainment. The minimum age requirement is 5 years old and the maximum age of 12. Children’s registration fee is $105.00 per child.

CONFERENCE ATTIRE
Resort casual attire is recommended for the entire conference. Tuesday evening dinner will be an outdoor event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your conference registration, please email written notification of cancellation to ccollins@nctrucking.com to be received on or before June 30, 2020 to receive a refund less $100 per registration administrative fee.
