Founded in 2017, as a solution to the fact that the U.S. system of technical education is slow, bureaucratic and ineffective in addressing the needs of industry, ADTC pioneered a system with national reach in all 50 states that allows companies to find and filter candidates suited for work as technicians, then provide basic fundamental training tailored to the specific needs of a company. Since 2017, ADTC has produced more than 3,500 entry-level technicians who work for more than 400 companies in more than 40 states. ADTC has campuses in Columbus, OH and Cincinnati, OH and provides on-site consulting and training for companies in all 50 states.
