Description:  The decriminalization and in some places legalization of marijuana is having dramatic impact on all aspects of trucking operations. Implicated most substantially are the hiring process as well as casualty claims. Setliff’s presentation will highlight the issues facing carriers in this new environment and focus on best practices for dealing with same.
