2022 NCTA Annual Councils Conference and Expo

The NCTA’s Annual Councils Conference and Expo will be held at
Harrah's Cherokee Resort & Casino on October 13-15, 2022.
With a timely conference theme of “Navigating the New Normal” you will have multiple opportunities to network with exhibitors, visit with industry colleagues and peers, as well as participate in a variety of educational opportunities, including four General Sessions and customized education tracks - Safety and Compliance, Human Resources and Technology and Maintenance.
This year’s Keynote Speaker is Kelly Swanson, a funny and talented motivational speaker recently inducted into the National Speakers Association Hall of Fame, whose credits include creator of Pride’s Hollow: The Small Town with a Big Heart, and author of Who Hijacked my Fairy Tale, The Story Formula, The Affirmation Journal for Positive Thinking, and coming soon – The Persuasion Principle.
Annual Councils Conference and Expo Registration Information
Full Conference Registration includes Thursday evening Welcome Reception, Friday Breakfast, General Sessions, Breakouts, Lunch, and the evening Awards Banquet. The Early Bird registration discount ends September 10th.
Additional tickets are also available for purchase for the Friday evening Awards Banquet for your guests/companions to attend the Awards Banquet to celebrate our Fleet & Industrial Safety winners and our Professionals of the Year.
Hotel Information Information
A room block has been made at Harrah's Cherokee Resort & Casino for $159.00/night. Each registered conference attendee will receive a $25.00 free play to be used in the casino at their leisure. A link for booking your hotel will be included in your conference registration confirmation email. The cut-off date for hotel reservations is September 23, 2022. When you click on the hotel link it will default to one room night - click on the dates to expand the date options and choose the length of your desired stay.
Additional Group Activities
Fly Fishing Excursion at Rivers Edge Outfitters: Friday 2:30-4:30pm. Catch and Release Fly Fishing, 3 people per guide. Beverages, fly rod and reel, breathable waders and boots, all tackle and flies are included in the 2-hour adventure. Reservation fishing license required, can be purchased onsite same day for $10, children 11years and younger fish license free. Space is limited
Golf Tournament at the Sequoyah National Golf Club: Saturday starts at 9:30am. Golf Club is off property, 6 minute drive, tee times every ten minutes from 9:30am-10:20am. Boxed lunch after play, Green fees, Cart, Pre-play practice balls, Sequoyah divot tool & $10.00 free play card for Cherokee Resort & Casino included. Space is limited
Bowling at UltraStar Multi-Entertainment Center: Saturday 10-11:30am. Join in the 1.5 hours of bowling fun from 10:00am to 11:30am. Bowling Mulit-Entertainment Center located within Cherokee Resort property. No food or beverages available, onsite cafe does not open till 11:30am. Space is limited

Exhibits are located inside the room where the general session, breakouts and coffee breaks will take place. Included in your exhibitor fee is one conference registration, one 6-foot table, one chair, pipe and drape and signage with company name. Power is an additional cost of $35/day and must be ordered directly from the hotel using the hotel's exhibitor form. Basic wifi is available in the meeting room/exhibit area during the conference.

If you need to cancel your conference registration, please email written notification of cancellation to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a refund less $100 per registration administrative fee. Refunds will not be issued after October 10, 2022.
